The Blue Meanie Bunka is a worker!
This length and height is a great go-to for home kitchens and line cooking where space is at a premium but the preps gotta get done right!
Great balance and a thin edge makes for a enlightening experience and the color combo is one of my favs with the washy blue and bold butterscotch of the vintage Bakelite.
My parents had a VHS copy of yellow submarine that my brother and I would watch all the time. The animation, the music, the weird plot and psychedelic imagery had me wrapped up in another world.
The blue meanies were a great villain too and I always find myself quoting the glove mantra when I’m suiting up to go out in the cold.

2 1/8” tall at the heel and 2.5mm thick with a distal taper and thin edge grind
5 1/2” octogonal wa handle in super quilted maple with a vintage yellow submarine Bakelite ferrule !
